Welcome to MakeMeMobile. By registering, logging in, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Use

MakeMeMobile provides access to configurable mobile applications, credits, sub-user management, and related services through a web-based platform.

2. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure. Platform administrators may manage users, sub users, credits, and product assignments globally. Customer account owners may manage their own sub users and purchase credits.

3. Data Storage

All data created, submitted, uploaded, captured, or processed on the MakeMeMobile platform is stored on our systems and infrastructure. By using the platform, you consent to the storage and processing of this data by MakeMeMobile.

4. Data Loss

MakeMeMobile is not responsible for any data loss, including user-entered data, uploaded files, application-generated data, or records stored within custom apps. This applies to user error, third-party service failures, system interruptions, maintenance, and other operational events. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups where required.

5. Credits and Billing

Credits may be purchased, allocated, or consumed through platform usage. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful or fraudulent use of the platform.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security.
• No malicious uploads or abuse of the credit system.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. MakeMeMobile does not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent data retention, or fitness for every business purpose.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest published version.
